Training Overview
This Program includes individual and group conflict coaching with mediators, legal professional and mental health experts. The learning content is self-paced and delivered via online learning videos and interactive resources designed for busy professionals. The course will:

draw from neuroscience and psychology in the context of how conflict arises, escalates and resolves specifically within workplace relationships

identify clear processes for managing workplace complaints

discuss the key communication skills necessary to move from conflict to constructive conversations and how to create a positive team culture, and

focus on interest-based negotiation strategies, and mediation approaches that encourage autonomy and ownership of conflict and outcomes.
The online learning complements the group and individual coaching and consultations that will be facilitated by Shiv and her panel of expert mediators.
The capstone to the program is a half day conflict intelligence workshop delivered directly to the leaders of your organisation. This means everyone takes responsibility for putting the learnings of this program into action at work.
